SUS - Changing automatic email content

Hi experts,

When replicating a new supplier or transfering a new purchase order from R/3 to SUS the system automatically sends an email to the supplier. The problem is that I need to modify the content of these emails sent, but can´t find where to do it. Can someone please tell me where should I head to?

Hi Jack

Check document name 'BBP_SUS_BP_REG_CREATION' of document class 'TX' in Txn SE61. This is used when a new BP registration is created in SUS. This is given in IMG setting for SUS>Master data>Make settings for business partners.

For other notifications (new PO etc), BBP_SUS_SUP_NOTIFICATION is used.

Hi,

I am changing the email text message in SE61 for the document BBP_SUS_SUP_NOTIFICATION”. And in the text message I am printing the &DOCTYPE& &DOCNO&. When I am receiving the email, I am not getting any value of this (&DOCTYPE& &DOCNO&) two field. Could you any one please tells me which ABAP program is running behind this to send the email, or where to do the debugging.

We did the IMG changes in the Supplier Self-Service ->Maker data -> Make settings.
