Mapping between Portal userid and SRM user ID

Hi,

I want to know the process of linking portal userID with SRM userID.

I have created new USERIDs in SRM portal. Now is it possible to export these USERIDs to SRM.

Or USEIDs in SRM have to be created seperately and then should be linked with portal USERIDs.

In that case how to establish the link.

Please help me with this.

Users are created in SRM system with certain roles.

There is no need to create those users in Portal again if single sign on is maintained in portal.

The equivalent portal roles are only assigned to the the users in portal.

As per my knowledge there is no method of exporting user IDs from portal to SRM.

The user ID needs to be created in portal and mapped to SRM user ID in this case.

In the portal a mapping need to be done for Portal and SRM user IDs. When the user logs into portal, system will check the mapping rule and look for the mapped user in SRM and displays the content.
