ADDRESS_INTO_PRINTFORM in adobeforms/pdf

hi

I'm getting issues handling address in adobeforms.  I'm using ADDRESS_INTO_PRINFORM FM using the address table into a subform (table) it is working on the first page but on the second page (next page) it is empty.

I'm assuming what it does is only print one time. How can we print or reprocess for every succeeding pages?

on the other site they did the same thing but they put it inside the content area, my requirement is to have it on the header area only.

just to follow up. If I do it using the address node where I will input the address number, it would work. both the first and next pages will have the address.

I don't understand why if I use tables this is not happening.
