Preparatory works for SAP AIS in ERP6.0 EhP4

Hi experts,

I need to use SAP AIS in SI project, and currently investigating what to do to use AIS.

I understand AIS is role-based solution and all I have to do is copying template roles and adjust Orglevel values and assigning them to users.

Here I'd like to know is preparatory works to use AIS.

I checked several SAPNotes(77503, 445148, 451960, 754273) and PGM: RSAUDITL_NEW_NOTES.

And I listed out maybe-necessary preparatory works as attached.

Could you kindly read through txt file and advise me if "Need confirmation" works are necessary.

Also I'd appreciate very much whether I have something else to do for AIS.

Hi,

What do you want to use AIS for? The setup that you need to do is dependent on the scope of how you are looking to use AIS.

Hi Alex,

Thank you for your quick reply.

Well, requirement for AIS is not yet fixed.

We are to use AIS for System/Business/Tax Audit, and I need to prepare for everything.

Please advise me if you have any tips or procedures for using/activating AIS.
