How to receive and convert emails into incidents?

Hello all,

we're receiving close to 21,000 outlook messages on monthly bases, requesting support. Do you know if there's a way to convert this emails into incidents so we can improve our tracking for all pending incidents?

we just customized solman 7.1 SP4
