is it possible to move files during upgrade

Hi Gurus,

I am doing upgrade from erp 6.0 to ehp5. SUM is placed under usr/sap/sid

right now it is in the phase of Downtime TBIM_UPG.

problem is we are running short of space (only 2 gb free space is available now)

is there any possibility to move some files to other location?

please help me solve this.

You can move the EHPI directory to another location and create a software a softlink to that directory . But make sure you have a complete backup and also check if the softlink is working correctly.

without moving files/data i have completed Upgrade. did not face any space issue.
