firefighter dashboard's status not change after logon

Hi community, I have this problem... I logon on new session with Firefighter ID , but the status  is not changed from green to RED light in t-code: /virsa/vfat.

and it is possible to log on again using the same Firefighter ID

pls help me

Hi Stefano,

Please follow SAP note 947726 and check that is there any

issue with reading data in multiple servers.
