solman_workcenter navigation bar

Hello!

I need to make invisible "Fast Display Message" in Common tasks tab in navigation bar of incident managment in solman_workcenter. Or make invisible whole "Common tasks" tab.

Any ideas?

Hi,

You can control by authorisation,

check the authorisation object

SM_WC_VIEW and SAP Community Network Wiki - SAP Solution Manager - Security and Authorizations - SM_WC_VIEW

Hi!

Issue was solved by activation of User Interface Authorization BADi. This is activity in spro.

After this activation the SM_WC_VIEW auth obj worked out.

Hi Diana,

You cannot change entries in the work center areas Common Tasks or Navigation Panel Views in the role. You can adapt these areas using authorization object SM_WC_VIEW in the role

Thanks for replying. It seems to be work with this auth obj but there's still a bit of confusion: user has a roles where are no SM_WC_VIEW auth obj but user can work in solman workcenter with common tasks. Even if I adapt one more role with SM_WC_VIEW auth obj nothing would change.
