RG23 Part II not yet done error in MIRO

Dear Experts,

We have created a Service PO with V0 ( 0% TAX ) i.e no excise,  and completed service entry sheet.While posting MIRO getting warning message as "RG23 Part II not yet done" Message no; MI 8I 478 and not allowing to post MIRO. I am unable to understand why this message is appearing even for the PO without excise.

Please advice.

Hi Anil,

This is because of a Program Error.

Go through the below SAP Note,

Hi Anil,

I found the question status as 'Not Answered'. Do you need any more help to solve this issue ?

I think 'SAP Note 1535398' implementation is the only solution for this issue.

Hi Shailesh,

I checked with the basis guy , he said this note 1535398 already exists based on the package level ( because when we download this note it says cannot be implemented). But still the error message appears in MIRO.

Please could you advice further on this.
