profiles are not displayed in Access request - GRC 10

Hello Gurus,

No profiles of the backend system are displayed in the GRC 10 access request.

The access request displays all the roles of backend system which have

been imported to the GRC system , but when i search for profiles its displaying no records found.

I have imported the roles using NWBC-->Access Management--> Role Mass Maintenance--> Role Import.

This sucessfully imported all the ROLES of backend.

Please guide my to find a solution.

Hi Keerthi,

Please apply SAP Note:

1726501 - AC10.0:Profile description is not updated in role import

Also, check one more Note: 1630804  - UAM : Profile desc is not coming in UAM role/profile search

shreya and shaily thanks for your quick reply.

We are at support pack 9, and repository sync had been excuted already.

I have applied the 1726501 SAPNOTE which looked related to the issue , but its not helpfull.

when i import the roles using role mass maintenance i observe that its not calling any profiles (only rolees are getting fetched from the backend system).

I can see the profiles in the access risk analysis , but not in access request creation option.

Is there any parameter i need to set in SPRO--> maintain configuration settings so that profiles are fetched to GRC for access request.

Hi Keerthi,

I am not aware that you are on which support package, but found some SAP Notes regarding your issue. Kindly check if they are relevant to your support package

1667816: UAM: Profiles visible by default in user access management

1719618:UAM: Mapped profiles are not added into the access request

1744640: UAM: Profile assignment is not possible using webservice

Please also make sure that you have run the repository sync.
