Users to role mapping in SAP GRC

We are currently looking at migrating our users, roles, into the the SAP GRC system  from the source system and creating the business roles from the template. Could anyone advise on the following:

Due to the role architecture, what is the best way of mapping our users to the roles in the SAP GRC to undertake the benefits of the the BRM module in SAP GRC? Is there a template or tool available of uploading all of the users to business role mappings from our source system to SAP GRC AC 10? to ensure they are maintained in the SAP GRC system and not in a spreadsheets!

Hi Camran

Business roles are GRC specfic and can be uploaded via excel sheet that you download from role import tab .

But User to business role mapping need to be done manually when u migrate from spreadsheet to GRC system for business role .

Few option avaible for same would be group user together with same business role and create multi user request .

Otherwise u have to do it manually or help with abaper as buslk user creation is not supported by GRC .
