Either providing user training or user manual is the standard option.

Hello,

You can either Block the Customer master for a particular Distribution Channel or Delete (Archieve) the Master Data for required Sales Area.

If you would like to delete (archieve) the Data, please search the forum & you will get guidance.

Hi,

    Once master data created with one sales area it can't be changed with other, what we can do is can extend it to another desired sales area and should block the unwanted one like what 'Krishna' said

Extend the same customer desired distribution channel and block the customer for unwanted sales area in xd05.
