Sales contract deletion.

All my sales contract expires at the end of every month which I have to delete and create a fresh one for the new month.

I want to know if there is any transaction code to call up all expired sales contract and delete them at the same time.

Contracts that have subsequent documents cannot be just deleted. Archiving may be used to get rid of old records - run a search for it if interested.

You might want to explore 'subsequent action' functionality and then utilize VA46 to extend the expired contracts to the new term.

Use T-Codes:

SDV1 - Expiring Contracts

SDV2 - Expired Contracts.

But why do you want to delete the expired Contracts? You should ideally keep them in system for future reference.

I doubt mass deletion of Expired Contract may not be possible in SAP Standard.
