Hi Expert,
I have configured cutomized Service desk like ZMIN /YMIN in Solman 7.1 SP05.
In ITSM workcenter CRM screen. I am not able to search particularily ZMIN or YMIN ticket.
How to customizied the CRM search Screen using t.code search.
Please help on it.

Choose search criteria "Transaction type" and enter the value ZMIN or YMIN
