what are the number ranges need to maintain for a QM roll out project
while try to upload MIC in lsmw i got an error for number range not maintained in QS29
so pls tell me which are the area need to maintained

It depends upon the functionality you are dealing with in QM roll out. Typically for a roll out or for any fresh implementation you should have following objects to be set for number ranges
There could be many more. You can explore these objects in SNUM.
For the problem you are facing execute QS29, input plant code and click on change interval. Click on insert interval (Shift+F1). Set the number range as required. e.g. from 100000 to 199999.

Yes that's correct! Typically few number ranges like inspection lot, notifications are maintained by SAP by default. So you need not maintain it unless some modifications have been carried out there! Plant specific you should maintain.
Assume you have maintained number range for such plant level objects (say in plant A). When you create plant B (in MM module by copying plant A setting) then number ranges also automatically gets copied. Hence in roll out it would a simpler job.
But for the problem you are facing, it clearly indicates that you have not maintained number ranges for MICs. Maintain it through QS29. Likewise if you are using inspection method then you should maintain number range for that also. Explore such option through SNUM
