To display costs at Superior WBS

Hello Experts,

I searched the forum and also aware that the costs posted to the lower level WBS elements can be fetched for a custom development only by using the corresponding wbs. But my client's requirement is only to have a report upto level 4 whereas costs are posted at 6th level WBS element. In this case, how can  I get the costs against 1-4 levels where costs are not posted directly and it always carries the rolled up costs. Is there any way to get the rolled up costs (as shown in our S_ALR reports).

Also, I searched for a function module for actual costs which I could not get.

Hi,

On the main scren of the reports, try to restrict the levels 1 to 4 reports so that it will display the WBS elements upto level 4.

If it does not work already our friends has suggested how to acheive this.

Developing Z report is the only solution.

If you state actual requirement with scenario then we may provide you some other solution.

I would suggest you to develop a custom report to achieve this. In the report output, display WBS's only from 1-4 and write the logic in such a way that i considers/sums up the costs posted at levels below 4.
