Monitoring DB server

Dear SAP Experts,

We have dedicated DB server and CI as environment for SAP ECC 6.0.

Additionally, we also have requirement to monitor the standalone DB server.

Kindly need your help to share the solution for this? Should we user rfcoscol or using sapccms functionality?

Hi Yasen,

You would need CCMS agents installed in standalone DB server. If you have hostagent running on that standalone DB server then you don't need CCMS agents.

You need to use SAP CCMS agent , rfcoscol functionality is now integrated into the SAP CCMS agent.
