SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP is failing

Hi Experts,

In solution manager the Back ground job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP is failing due to No monitored systems found for Solution Manager Diagnostics..

SAP Kernel 701 and SP Level 55.

Could you please advice what i need to do.

Hi Kanakala,

we faced exactly the same proplem last week , applied the note 1666799 Job "SM:SEND_SOLUTIONS_TO_SAP" ends with status "Canceled" and fixed the issue

I am facing problem with  SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP failing due to to No monitored systems found for Solution Manager Diagnostics.

SM:SEND_SOLUTIONS_TO_SAP is finished successfully.

Please advice me....

Hi,

are you using VAR scenario?

Could you please paste the error log,

Do check you defined your solman, and managed system into SMSY, have you registered diagnostics agent to the system,

this is what your error, what is the long text describes? have you cheecked the ABAP dump. ERROR_MESSAGE for details.

If you have any diagnostics agent not connected to solman, please do it. your system not able to determine the diagnostics agent, as i assume.

check the sap note also 982045. might be you get some hint

I have checked my SAP-OSS Connectivity it is working fine, Could you please advice me how to check whether the diagnostics agent connected to solman or not ?
