Hello Abu,
As I said earlier, you need to define Sampling Scheme to accomodate this.
You can mention Sample size for a particular Lot Size range along with acceptance/rejation numbers; which is highest number of nonconforming units or the highest number of defects in a sample that leads to an acceptance of the inspection lot.
After this, assign this Sampling Scheme to Sampling Procedure.
Assign this Sampling Procedure in Insp Plan Characteristics.
Hope this will help.

Hi Abu,
In Tcode-QDP1; from Header Data, click on Continue. Select "Insp. severity" for which you want to define a lot size alogn with sampling size and click enter.
Below screen will appear.
Put Lot Size as 100, 300, 500 and etc. in seperate lines; in which system considers that any lot size between that range will have some specific Sample Size entered in next colum.
Hope this will help.

Hi,
You can use sampling scheme for this.
Create a sampling scheme in QDP1 ( Select without valuation parameters) and give the inspection severities.
Give the required lot size and sample size
Now assign this sampling scheme to the sampling procedure in QDV1
After that assign this sampling procedure in the inspection plan (QP01)
Thanks and Regards
Hari
