Hi,
I would like to find out whether there is any CIF comparison/reconciliation for master data (for example product master data and resource master data between SAP R3 and APO)?

As suggested by expert Dogboy RIMODINI periodically against the Integration models in R/3 is good option
CIF comparison/reconciliation you do it for PDS

I am not aware of any standard inconsistency programs for either Product Masters or Resources.
If you run RIMODINI periodically against the Integration models in R/3, some inconsistencies can be resolved.
