Hi experts,

The Data Hit Ratio of SQL server showed zero percent in RZ20 but DB collector history is normal(99.678%).

What happened?

Hello Dennis,

If you rebuild the RZ20 tree, do you still observe this issue?

Hi Eduardo,

It is strange. I delete the whole SQL server MTE node and I run RSDBMON0. However, it is not rebuilt.

Hi Eduardo,

I found it must run at specific APP server(which can be found in RZ21). Anyway, I did not miss any node so I think it does not work. The error persists.

Hello Dennis,

Sometimes is necessary to reset the nodes before removing them. Have you reset the nodes before the deletion?

To reset the nodes before delete them you can proceed like this:

In Transaction RZ20, select "SAP CCMS monitor templates" -> "Database".

* Activate the maintenance functions in Transaction RZ20:
Choose "Extras -> Activate maintenance functions"

* Position the cursor on the Microsoft SQL Server node and reset all alerts:
Choose "Edit -> Nodes (MTE) -> Reset"

* Position the cursor on the Microsoft SQL Server node and delete the Microsoft SQL Server MTE tree:
Choose "Edit -> Nodes (MTE) -> Delete". (Select option 2)

* Recreate the Microsoft SQL Server context on Central Instance server with the ABAP RSDBMON0 program:
Logon to your 'Central Instance' server and in transaction SE38, select "Program: RSDBMON0 -> Execute".

Regards,

Eduardo

Hi Eduardo,

Yes, I have followed the note, reset, delete and rebuild but the problem persists.
