Unable to delete the shopping cart with error message !

Hi,

With SRM 7.0

Unable to delete the shopping cart with following error:

" Start date of the timeframe is in the past ; check the entry "

Delivery date tab is showing "disabled", how could i resolve this issue ?

Any inputs ?

Hi,

Try:

1. Go to SPRO->SRM->SRM-Server->cross application basic settings->message control->influence message control.

2. Select shopping cart (BUS2121), double click on message control on the left hand side

3. Create a new entry with message class BBP_PD, number 438 and Type is W.

4. Save and finished.

If message BBP_PD 438 is not available in this transaction:

1. Start SM30

2. go to view BBPV_PDMSG

3. create a new entry with applic area BBP_PD, msgnumber 438, object type BUS2121, Allowed IWE, standard W

4. Again do the first 4 steps in SPRO

We cannot do changes in the SPRO with authorization problem.....

This shopping cart is in "Approved" status and "Follow on document deleted" status.

How could the user delete this cart now as getting above error message as mentioned ?

Please advice.

Hi Nag,

Shopping cart is in Approved Status and follow on document delete can be deleted by line item level. Please refer below link. http://scn.sap.com/thread/1980686 mentioned about the same. Deleting line items of the carts will not give you error.

I agree..user can able to delete the shopping cart with status Approved and follow on document deleted. But, in my case, the system is throwing this error. why ?

" Start date of the timeframe is in the past ; check the entry "

Also, not able to change the delivery date which is disabled. How could we resolve this issue ?

Hi Nag,

Did you try deleting from Monitor Shopping Cart? Monitor Shopping cart should enable the date field which is disabled.

Hi Ritesh,

Delete button is disabled in "Monitor shopping cart" option and so either i or user can not able to delete the cart.
