Dears

requesting help on following issues

Material is activated with inspection type 10 against delivery

Now i am receiving this material in other plant against the same delivery number

so here also i need to trigger inspection so here which inspection type in need activate

Hi,

for Stck transfer

there are several movement types and processes defines in Std SAP. 01/08/05 are the Inspection types against the STO but all are depends upon the Processes you define and related mvt type u r using.

Plant to plant 08 inspection type , Strg location to strg loaction 08 - MVTtype 311/301.

Hello Abu,

Typically it depends upon with which movement type you are in warding this material in to another plant.

1. Inspection type 10 is used for the inspection at dispatching plant. (Let's say this as plant A)
2. Plant B is your receiving plant.
3. If you are having customer vendor relations here you must be in warding it 101 movement type in plant B. You should go with 01 inspection type if so.
4. If it is a stock transfer 05 inspection type also serves the purpose.

Will you please confirm with which movement type you are inwarding the material in plant B?

Hi Abu,

If you have setup both plants in SAP for Stock Transfer Orders (STO) scenario, then in that case, you can activate inspection type- 08 in receiving plant for that material and get an inspection lot generated once GR is done.

Check & revert.
