Activating SOAP Services in SAP ECC

We have solomon along with SAP ECC.

We are having entries for SOAP services in SRT_SA_* tables but not in SAP ECC.

Can any one through some light like how can we make SOAP services active in SAP ECC and the tables SRT_SA_APPL gets its entries.

Has any one faced this issue. We are using PI 7.31 single stack .

Use SOAMANAGER transaction and follow this link.. You might find required details.
