SAP mail attachments not possible

Hi friends,

  My end-users want to send mail thru so01 but the attachments icon has disappeared.

  Today a job was sent, it's spool size was 3,700 pages ,I canceled the job and deleted the spool. Maybe that is using up memory used also for attachments?? I don't know, please advise.

  Several jobs have also aborted and /sapmnt/PRD/global/300JOBLG has new entries every minute. Can this be also related to the attachment issue??
