We are on SRM 5.0 Extended classic
User has created a confirmation in SRM for a material PO...unfortunately the ECC system was down and hence the confirmation IDOC failed to transfer to ECC. Now status of confirmation in SRM is 'Error in Process'.
User wants to delete the confirmation that is in error from SRM. How can we achieve this?

Modify the status 'Error in Process' to inactive. The user will can delete the confirmation.
The idoc´s leave it as is.

Hi John,
You can re-process IDOC in SRM once SAP system is up through BD87 transaction code and with Idoc Number.
Once IDOC is process successfully then status will change and you will able to delete if not required.
