I have some questions
What are the steps in an implementation of SAP MII
How much is the average time duration of an implementation and how many people are doing the project.

Hello Vic
The implementation of the projects depends what the client wants. the whole project can be broken into three phases
the development and testing usually takes lots of time for they are numerious changes and bug fixes. in simple short projects should take roughly 3 months to complete and major one 7 months.
but this goes with the project cost and business requirements.

Hi,
Benefits of SAP MII
Short amortization time: SAP MII can usually be implemented within 90
to 120 days and therefore pays for itself very quickly.
I read the above point in SCM380 material. Even though they have mentioned 90 to 120 days, it is completely depend on your project requirement.

We did our implementation in 8 months and I was the sole person working on it. The scope was about 20 pages some fairly basic and some really complicated.
