Problem to load Hierarchy for COSTELMNT

Former Member

Hi guys,

I have an issue to load hierarchy to COSTELMNT from SAP ECC 0COSTELMNT_0102_HIER.

When I activated the business content in version 3.5 I could load the hierarchy without any issue.

But after that I would to migrate the dataflow in v7 (because I work in sap database version 720) , but it was not working…. So I delete all, and reactivate business content in v3.5. But now it is impossible to load.

I check in RSA3 and I have records, so extract is good.

When I lauch Infopacke I have this error:

Error message from the source system

Diagnosis

An error occurred in the source system.

System Response

Caller 09 contains an error message.

Further analysis:

The error occurred in Extractor .

Refer to the error message.

Procedure

How you remove the error depends on the error message.

Note

If the source system is a Client Workstation, then it is possible that the file that you wanted to load was being edited at the time of the data request. Make sure that the file is in the specified directory, that it is not being processed at the moment, and restart the request.

If I look in ST22 in ECC side, I have a Syntax Error in ABAP Runtime Error and program name SAPLRSSG.

I double click on program name to have this error message:

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "SAPLRSSG" had to be terminated because it has

come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

The following syntax error occurred in program "GP00O2TIGSKXQPNWYP2TBNUHB73

in include "GP00O2TIGSKXQPNWYP2TBNUHB73 " in

line 35:

"Zone "/BIC/C5DA0COSTELMNT_0102_HIER" inconnue. Elle n'est ni dans la t"

"able indiquée ni définie par une instruction "DATA"."

The include has been created and last changed by:

Last changed by: "BWREMOTE_DW1"

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "SAPLRSSG" had to be terminated because it has

Could you please help me?

Hi,

SAP came back to me with a solution that worked.

In table ROOSGEN, for the datasource, the field "Method for loading data" has to be changed from T to I.

Go to SE16N

To go to edit mode, enter command &SAP_EDIT

Now you may change the value from T to I

Press Save

Go to BW and test the extraction

Now you should be able to load data.

I asked if the datasource can be migrated to 7.x, but the support agent said this won't work.

Hope this helps you too.

HI,

Yes I've already done this. I deleted datasource un RSA6  and reactivate in RSA5..then replicate in BW....no change

Andre is searching for a BIC object. Check if the object is activated correctly.

You have done after the replication the activation from the content?

In order:

Delete datasource in RSA6

Activate datasource in RSA5

Replicate in BW

Create Transfer rules from BI Content

Create Infopackage

Launch Infopackage

Load Attributes and Text is working fine, but no hierarchy

The abap error is in French? Is it possible to have an english version attached in the post?

Just to be sure, you done at least once a change and activation on the datasource?

The name from the table that returns, indicates that you have something custom, but also i do not understand where is coming from that table.

Thank you

error in english:  "Field "/BIC/C5DA0COSTELMNT_0102_HIER" is unknown. It is neither in on"

"e of the specified tables nor defined by a "DATA" statement. ."

I didn't custom anything....

I really don't understand... i made a test and if I migrate datasource and launch infopackage I have data. but I can't after that load my infoobject hierarchy....

So it looks like BW keep something from version 7.0 even if I try to load in 3.5

Hello,

I'm facing exactly the same issue. I tried the same things as Andre but it didn't help.

Any help on that issue?

Hi Andre

This is not enough i will need the full abap error, if you could print it to a pdf printer and attach it, it will be enough.

I can't find anything in the ABAP error that could help.

May i ask you how you did the migration to v7 for costelmnt IO?

Maybe it is better to proceed with a sap message.

I didn't ask about patch level and all this stuff because didn't find something about that error.

Thank you

When datasource was replicated in 3.5 I right click and choose migrate. Datas are correctly loaded in PSA.

Then I create a transformation and dtp. But it didn't work.

So I delete DTP, Transfo, IP, datasource and replicate again then activate BI content for the tranfer rules.

Hi Fanny,

Hierarchies in 7.0 doesn't work. Keep it in version 3.5. I suggest you to reactivate in rsa5, migrate with 3x version. Then use the program

RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL FOR 3X

You can try activate manually as well after replication.

shahid.

Hi Fanny,

Check the source systems once. right click on source system and click check. If still not getting it, raise it to basis as well.

Shahid.
