proxy server issue

Hi,

I am trying to create a social gadget in streamwork.

I am using GitHub to host my application. However,I am having trouble in connecting to GitHub using ssh because of proxy issues.

I tried to set the http.proxy variable based on the information obtained from the portal (Tred proxy:8081 and proxy:8083) but that did not help.

Another suggestion listed on the web was to create a config file. that did not help as well. 
One thing which I need confirmation is what is the correct proxy server.  I tried proxy:8083 and proxy:8081.  If none of these are correct, it would explain the issue.
If one of them is the correct proxy then I am not sure what I am missing here.

I understand this is not a question directly related to the streamworks area, but if someone has experienced this and could provide a suggestion/solution it would be helpful.

Thank you for contacting SAP Cloud Support.

Gadgets can no longer be registered on https://streamwork.com. Gadgets must now be registered on the sandbox environment at https://sandbox.streamwork.com/method_admin. When a new gadget is approved by the SAP StreamWork developer relations team, it will be copied to the SAP StreamWork production environment.

Thanks for your response.

I understand we need to register the gadgets on the sandbox environment. I did not make it clear in my message. However, the issue I am facing is  related to SAP internal network configurations. I am currently being helped by the streamwork collegue from Walldorf.
