SCM_EWM_Customer Return_Goods Receipt Reversal

Hi

Return delivery created in SCM. Warehouse tasks created and Goods receipt processed.

Delivery status completed in SCM and ECC also.

While reversing the Goods receipt of delivery document in SCM, i'm getting the below mentioned error message.

Delivery 1818 has status 'closed' (Not possible to post)

Document successfully locked for editing

Has anyone come across such a situation.

Hi Shamal,

From technical point of view it is correct what you are doing and you can get the solution also by doing some technical bypass.

But if compare your scenario with the actual physical situation then you have done the goods receipt for return delivery and it means the material is available in your premises after quality check. And now again you are trying to reverse it means, you are again selling product to customer hence system is not allowing you to directly do it.

In this case again you need to follow your standard sales process using EWM to go ahead.

Certain cases selection of customer account or sales price flown may vary. In that case we need to reverse the goods receipt.
