Configuring SSL (HTTPS) for my ECC (ABAP Only) system

Hello Folks

,I am in the processing of configuring SSL (HTTPS) for my ECC system however when I am trying to test the web service (SICF) it's giving me security expection. Can any one please provide me step by step SSL configuration guide for ECC (ABAP only) system, thanks in advance.
