Sales order print prview pdf file

Hi friends,

when we are seeing sales order in print preview i want to take pdf file

how to take sap is having standard program can any one know how to take

You cannot do this unless you use some workaround:

1) use a virtual pdf printer like pdfcreator a freeware pdf print program very useful. Pros: it's free, non abap required. Cons: you have to install it on all PCs

2) use a pdf SAP printer, you can configure it with help of your Basis. use notes:

161516 - Printing into a file or anywhere else in NT

576973 - Creating a file printer on a Windows PC
