Budget Release report period wise

Hi friends,

In my Project budget is releasing based on requirements Like stages wise,then my user is asking that how can they see the stages wise/period wise report ,suppose today they release 1000000, and next week again they will release another 2000000 , so he wants to see date and how much money has released on that particular date and same like in the next week also.

I tried in CJI8 but its showing all he is getting confuse ,is there any way to see the released budget like asked ,if it is there please suggest .

Hi Srikanth,

Try this-

1. In T-code s_alr_87013560.

2. Select release amount for which you want to see detail.

3. Then GOTO->Line Items.

4. Add document number in layout and sort by same. Here you can see date wise & WBS wise release report.
