System Status on QA32 Screen

Dear SAP,

     Our client have a requirement that ,how can we change the system status of qa32 screen without refresh the button.It should change the sattus as soon as the operation is completed.why to refresh the button .so pls is it possible to change the status without refreshing the button.

Hi Asif,

The system status changes as soon as you carry out any result recording and do any changes with respect to inspection lot and save data.

Refreshing is only the reflection to view this information. It's not necessary to refresh every time you do any changes in lot. The event has already occurred and refresh button does not add any significance here in data base.

This experience is common for almost many transactions including MMBE. This is std SAP.

You should either refresh or execute the same transaction again to view latest real time information

     As i seen after result recording Or assigning inspection plan the status of CRTD not change it only change after refreshing the button.Will it be possible to get the status change after operation complete.

hi,

It is a std one,the system status change is just a current information Such as REL, CRTD etc.,If you not Refresh also it will change,Come out of the Transaction and See The Status change will get updated.

Unfortunately no Asif,

It's standard SAP and nothing can be here as per my knowledge. From system point of view the status changes as soon as you save data, but you can not view it unless you refresh it.

You could have probably noticed that, when you assign inspection plan for CRTD lot, after assignment the status remains same i.e. CRTD until you don't refresh. For such lots still you can proceed for UD and RR (though status is visible as CRTD) since the status was changed in database. It's only user who can not see latest real time status unless he refreshes.

You must either refresh or execute the same transaction again to view latest real time information

hi,

Correct once u assigned the plan , either u come out from the transaction and excute the variant again or u press refresh button for status updation, it's an SAP stdn status functionality.
