Hi All,
I am getting the following error msg 'Shopping cart total value exceeded approver limit' in SRM while ordering and approving the shopping cart.
But the approval limit that is maintained is not exceeded and everything looks fine.
Suddenly we are getting the error msg in the system.
Could anyone pls suggest on this ....

Hello Siva,
Could you please advise if you were having this issue earlier? There could be possibility that you have perform re-organization of the department and the user who is creating cart may be reporting to other manager earlier and now moved into new manager who have more approver authority.
If that is the case please verify Organization ID under which requester who is creating Shopping cart belongs to and see what is Managed by Relationship maintained. If you have couple of Managed by Relationship for that organization ID then workflow pick up the older person.

you are calculating with taxes or without taxes? is value is including Taxes in total amount of PO?
