The problem is with the printer Toshiba B-SA4TM Label Printer. The ribbon Motor is not working (keeps still). The question is, which is the properly configuration from SAP? Configurate it as a front-end printer? Any check on the printer itself?
It seemed that the broblem was not in SAP. Client said in other programs it worked, but was not true. I proved on other Toshiba printer they had and it worked....

Anyway I keep the "Thermal Transfer" high-level detail!
This is almost certainly that you have the printer driver set to "Direct Thermal" meaning the printer is tyring to print without ribbon. Change the driver setting to "Thermal Transfer" and the ribbon motors will turn.
