Hi Guys,
There is a requirement as follows,
Multiple products are manufactured at the same resource. So all the orders are scheduled on the resource which runs 8 hrs a day. We need to do maintenance activity order after every 75 hours of run time which is 9+ days. system should show the order which is at 75th hour. so after that order we can do the maintenance activity done which is manual. Actually the resource should take a load of 75 hrs then manual maintenance activity. But the order will be scheduled in a sequence continuously. is there any way to do it?

Shruths
Hi,
I am not an expert, but try this
Define a shift for 8 hrs
Define another shift for 8 hrs, but with a break pattern after 3 hrs (and break time of say 1hr).
Define a shift seq for 10 days, first 9 days will have the first shift definition
10th day will have the second shift definition
use this as ur capacity variant .
it is an interesting question, plz let me know if this works for you.
this will not consider the actual run time, it is a periodic definition irrespective of actual utilization.
thanks

Hi Shruthi,
the Clean-Out Order Creation could solve your requirement.
