hi, everybody,

when I tried to open cfolders, an error raises.

SAP Note

• The following error text was processed in the system:
  An exception has occurred.

I search in SCN, and find the post http://scn.sap.com/message/5440791, it said run the following program, "CFX_CORRECT_USER" and "CFX_CORRECT_SYSTEM2" via SE38, to delete invalid XML file.  But, it didnt work. PLS help.

ps: before the erro appeared, I cannt open the cfolders either. the error is "Exception condition "TOKEN_NOT_FOUND" raised". I followed the note 1555062. then, we are here.

I just undo the note 1555062, however, the error still be

Hi,

I suggest you raise an OSS message.

Also, did you play around with the xml files at all, like create custom extensions of objects, or generic objects?

Have you been able to access cFolders previously?

I never access cFolders successful. at first, the error message is "Exception condition "TOKEN_NOT_FOUND" raised". I followed the note 1555062 and set mentioned pages as startpage, then, the current error appear.

when i run the  "CFX_CORRECT_USER" and "CFX_CORRECT_SYSTEM2", the two program mentioned some .xml file. but, i dont think these files are delete. pls see the screenshot.

well, did you for example apply note 1607167 to fix the issue with "TOKEN_NOT_FOUND"?

Thanks Ulf,

now, the "CX_CFX_FATAL_ERROR" keeps appearing, so i am not apply note 1607167. after the "CX_CFX_FATAL_ERROR" is fixed, if the "TOKEN_NOT_FOUND" raised again, i will try 1607167.

any suggestion for "TOKEN_NOT_FOUND"?

I do a new client copy, the fatal error didnt raise, but"Token_not_found " Raise again, then I followed 1607167. it worked. thank you very much.
