Error with UNX based on Excel File

I have created a UNX file based on Excel. The DSN is created on my client as well as server (both 32 and 64 bit DSN). When I create a Crystal For Enterprise report on my desktop using this universe (UNX), it works fine. When I publish this to BI Launchpad and try to refresh the same report, it gives below error.

The viewer could not process an event. Failed to execute query: '[] <com.businessobjects.semanticlayer.qt.QTException: The universe does not allow using a complex expression in a GROUP BY statement. You cannot run this query. See your BusinessObjects administrator. (WIS 00010)>'. Redesign your query or contact the data source maintainer to solve the problem. [JRC00005404]
