Database Studio addvolume error

hey experts i get the Data area full from my ERP on linux adn went i try to create a new Dara Volume it says:

dbmcli on ERP>db_addvolume DATA /sapdb/ERP/sapdata/DISKD0012 F 115200

ERR

-24988,ERR_SQL: SQL error

-104,DBM command impossible at this time

I have tried whit the Database Studio and in the dbmcli and i get the same error in both

in the status of the db it says that is in ADMIN mode

* What is the version of your database?

   xinstinfo EPR

* What is the status of acive tasks and your database?

   dbmcli -d EPR -u <control>,<pwd> db_state

   x_cons ERP show active

* Did you create SAP message where you reported this issue?

the database version is: 7.6.03.09

at thist moment the db_state is:

dbmcli on ERP>db_state

i have not created a message yet

and went i do the show active:
