Hello Mentor's,
Is it possible to restrict system to calculate interest through transaction code CJZ1/CJZ2, if the WBS status is 'TELCO', because standard SAP allow to calculate interest if the status is 'TELCO'.
Please share your thoughts, if any enhancement is required, or is there any other option?
Regards,
Amlan
Hi Amlan,
Gordon is right.
What I prefer is to create a status selection profile and use it in CJZ1.
For same follow this-
1. In T code BS42(spro->IM->IP->IS w/o Summ current data->define status selection profiles), Create status selection profile.
2. In status selection schema enter appropriate status profile.
3. In selection conditions, fill usr (Set for user status & Not set for system status), Enter status TELCO and not will be unchecked in your case(Check for event happened & not checked for telco is not marked)
4. Now in CJZ1, Edit your selection variant then again edit your variant values and there press Ctrl+F5 there i.e. status selection profile.
5. For WBS element enter above created status selection profile.

Pranav

Hi Amlan,
You can do this by using Status Selection Profiles. If you in the selection screen of TS CJZ1 insert a selection variant -> press 'Change' -> then you will see a pushbutton called 'Status sel. profile' (Ctrl +
F5), and here it's possible to insert a Status Selection Profile for WBS elements, (and/or projects, networks/orders and activities). You create these Status Selection Profiles in TS BS42. Please check above method to exclude the TECO objects.
