Initial Synch LMDB from SLD keeps resetting

Hi,

I just finished upgrading our Solution Manager system to 7.1 SP5.

While performing Basic Setup, at step 5.2, I was experiencing some performance issues.  The process ran for more than 20 hours before it snapped because of some external backup utility not properly set.

I restarted the process but then I monitored the job in SM37 (SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001).

I noticed the job was stopped several times by some ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT error and restarted the whole synchronization every time it was getting this error.

I openned a message at SAP but so far nothing successful.

- Changed parameter icm/http_server_0 PROCTIMEOUT value to 7200

- Changed parameter rdisp/plugin_auto_logout value to 7200

So I was wondering if any of you knows what might be causing this timeout.

I finally openned a message at SAP (did not get any answer from this post until now)

As per their recommendation, I created parameter ContentSync.ReadTimeoutSec to 7200.  As per SAP Note 1753601.

It solved the issue.

It seems you have not checked the SAPnote I have attached... Just few lines..of the SAPnote I recommended

If your system is affected by the described symptom, implement this note as described below. Otherwise an implementation of this note is not necessary.

Perform the manual pre-implementation procedure documented in this note.

Implement the correction instructions (transaction SNOTE).

Configure a value for the new LMDB parameter ContentSync.SelectIntervalSec":

Change the value of parameter "ContentSync.SelectIntervalSec" to 600

Please have a look below SAPnote for your ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT while runnin the synchronization.
