Tax Jurisdiction Code replication (DNL_CUST_TXJCD)

When replicating Tax Jurisdiction Codes (object DNL_CUST_TXJCD) in a SRM 7.01 with Brazilian Localization activated, the replication object creates double entries in the Postal Code (one entry for the MM tax jur. code and other for the SD tax jur. code, see examples below):

SPRO > IMG > Cross-Application Components > SAP Business Partner > Business Partner > Basic Settings > Tax Jurisdictions > Using SAP Software > Assign Tax Jurisdictions to Regions and Postal Codes > Assign Tax Jurisdictions to Postal Codes

BR     AC     69900-000     69920-999     AC 1200401 --> MM code: Ok

BR     AC     69900-000     69920-999     AC11200401 --> SD code: Not required in SRM

BR     AC     69900-000     69999-999     AC 1200138

BR     AC     69900-000     69999-999     AC11200138

BR     AC     69925-000     69925-999     AC 1200450

BR     AC     69925-000     69925-999     AC11200450

BR     AC     69927-000     69927-999     AC 1200807

BR     AC     69927-000     69927-999     AC11200807

BR     AC     69928-000     69928-999     AC 1200385

BR     AC     69928-000     69928-999     AC11200385

With the duplicate ranges, the automatic determination of Tax Jurisdiction Codes is not working because it cannot determine an unique code based on the postal code. As a solution we could delete unnecessary entries, either manually or with a Z* program but there should be a way to replicate only what is necessary.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Arnaldo

A colleague found a solution. Using the filters in the object DNL_CUST_TXJCD it is possible to avoid unnecessary entries to come to the SRM. The table to be filtered is J_1BTREG_CITY, field TAXJURCODE. Below is an example of the filter entries:

Also it is necessary to set filters for the table J_1BTREGX, field TXREG as shown below:

Cléberson,

You need to set filters in the replication object DNL_CUST_TXJCD for the table J_1BTREG_CITY like the examples below:

TAXJURCODENP Doesn't contain patternAC1*                                        I Inclusive defined set/array1
TAXJURCODENP Doesn't contain patternAL1*                                        I Inclusive defined set/array2

Just extend the filter for all States and Zona Franca (ZF1*). Before running the replication again you need to clear the tables COMC_TAXJUR_REG, CRMC_TAX_JUR and CRMC_TAX_JUR_TXT because the replication does not clear values already replicated.

Regards,

Arnaldo
