Data Import - Stop a task that is Running in Background

Hello experts. I need guidance on an issue we're facing here.

We've included the company workbook in the Data Import to load in the background. The load is running since yesterday. I think that it got some kind of error and the task is still there with the running status.

My question is: How do we stop the task or remove it from the list?

Hi ,

Did you check the background task in Setup--> System administration --Administrative Reports-->Background task status. You can go to daemons and inactive the task daemon which you wish to.

I've tried to find the Data Import task in the Background Task Status menu but didn't find it.

Update:

The error was caused by the outdated version of the database. We've updated and it appears that solved the problem.
