Automatic generation by IP30 in Test equipment Management

Dear All,

We are in process of implemeting test equipment management ,i have carried out following steps.initaill i mam doing for internal caliberation

1-I have made work centre through IR01 with control key QM01.

.

2.Created Eqipment with Category Q.

3.Created task list through IA01.

4.Created maintainace plan via Ip41.

Now my problem starts when i want to generate automatic order throgh IP30,System schedules Maintainance plan but not genaerated automatic maintainace order,

Pl suggest ,what can be possible causes,does i need some confiugration setiing.if somehow orders get generaed will it be automatically generated in category PM05.

Pl help.

Hello Vikas,

Also maintain config as: SPRO --> QM --> Quality Insp --> Insp Lot Creation --> Define inspections in PM and maintain Inspection Type-14 for a combination of Plant & PM Order Type (PM05).

Check & Revert.

Thanks a lot for your reply,i have checked ,inspection type 14 assigned for this order type PM05,main problem is creation of automatic order through IP30.Pl help.

Hello Vikas,

In addition to above, hope you've maintained a Task List correctly.

Also, run IP30 manually specific to some Maintenance Plans and check if system creates any Maintenance Orders...

Hello Sir,

I am running IP30 for a specific Maintenance plan ,probme is that system is schedules Maintainance plan but not generates any order.I had maintaned task list via IA01but still no order is created.Pl suggest what can be other possible errors.

Hi Vikas,

Did you activated completion required for the maintenance plan. also ensure did you maintained start of cycle.

Hello experts,

As such now i am able to Create automatic order through IW30,for which i have maintained settlemet rule in Maintainace plan.Here i am stuck at one place .While selecting maintainance plan category in IP41,i am taking it as Plant Maintainace now problem is that it not creates notification  and if i take plan category NO then in maintaiinance plan no filed for order type and cost settlemet is there.So can you please help me regarding confiugration in APO where i can confiugre Maintainance plan category which creates notification field  in Maintainance plan in addition to cost settlement rule in plan.I hope matter is clear to you.

Apologies but could you pleaseput your issue/query in clear words... it's bit confusing in last post. Coz in between your talking about APO & cost settlements & etc..

It would help us to understand the issue & provide relevant feasible solution.

Sir,

Sorry for mistake.Please read as confiugration in ECC rather than APO.regarding cost settlemet statement i am talking about setllement in iMaintainance  plan where we need to put cost centre.
