active nwbc in SRM system

Hi All,

Currently my client is using SRM 7.0 with Enterprise Portal (EP). We are planning to upgrade our system to EHP1 and going future my will continue the EP end user access. Just for functional/technical testing we would like to active the portal independent framework (NWBC) in the upgraded system.

Will there be any impact if I active NWBC component in the existing system which is currently linked to EP ?

Can we use both EP and NWBC in SRM 7.01 system ?

Yes we can use both. There will be no impact on existing EP system.
