Material in ECC that not replicate in SRM Portal correctly

Hi Everyone,

We have a problem when we try to publish our SRM catalog.

We have a material in ECC that not replicate in SRM Portal (CCM) correctly. This material is configured with a contract correctly. We have review all settings for both (views, attributes, locks, etc...) but for many times we publish the catalog, it is stil missing

Have you any idea about how we could solve this problem?

Hi,

If it's the only material which has problem; you can create material manually with the contract reference.

By the way; do you find any error while you replicate material to catalog?

Hi Vinay,

Yes, this material is the only one we have problems, but in the way to follow enterprise procedure, we can't create/modify materials in production system.

In the other hand we don`t receive any message or error (system return OK CODE at the publication job) but material doesn`t appear for this contract.

Check if the contract is valid for this material.

Are you using Masks or Namedsearchs? have you check that this specific material fulfill all requirements and it's included?
