Dear Experts,

I have created subcontracting challans against the material issue documents.

there are about 5 challans and these are used against many PO's.

I refered only one subcontracting challan against the GRN document in  MIGO.

when I am trying to add some more challan in J1IFQ, by entering the challan number in the initial screen,

and while saving system is throwing an error message " RECHECK CHALLAN STATUS".

Kindly help me to reconcile more than one challan for a single material document.

awaiting your reply.

If your challan exceeded 180 days from the date of creation then your challan has to be reverse by using J1IF13,. & execute J1IFQ. Please provide message number in your post. It will be useful for us to analyze.

Dear Suman,

The challan have not crossed 180 days, but the challans are partially reconciled against other material documents.
