simply follow the instructions described in <a href="https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/308048">note 308048</a>.
The most common mistake configuring this is not to insert <b><CURRENT></b> for the field SERVER ID in table ALTRAMONI. In this case <CURRENT> is not a placeholder for the SID of your system, it is really the string including the brackets!
