IDES 6.0 Installation Instance not starting

Hi,

IDES 6.0 Installation in phase 24, Is showing error  "Instance ES2/DVEBMGS00 reached

state SHUTDOWN after having state STARTING. GIVING UP",

Error Details:

ERROR 2012-07-30 18:03:58.978

CJS-30105  Instance ES2/DVEBMGS00 reached state SHUTDOWN after having state STARTING. Giving up.

Can you check if the database is up and running .

Also paste the dev_disp and dev_w0 trace files.

Please update the kernel to the latest patch and check if SAP application comes up.

Try starting the instance manually.

Then retry the installation.
